Added Gcode window to Preview screen. This was added in an earlier version but somehow got lost

Changed screen layout to show version number ans working units on all screens. HAd to move a few DROss around to clear screens

Fixed tool unit handling. Will now do metric tool units correctly, and will allow mixed units- ie an engish program can specify a metric tool. The 'Continue' button on the tool screen will adjust the units if needed and pop-up a mesage box
